What's the actual verdict? Indians are saying something and Pakis some other thing?

ICJ said that Mr Jadhav's execution should remain suspended until Pakistan effectively reviews and reconsiders the conviction/sentence. The court also recognised Pakistan's breach of the Vienna Convention.
the Court has directed that Pakistan is under an obligation to inform Jadhav without further delay of his rights to provide Indian consular officers access to him in accordance with Vienna Convention.
The verdict is in. Not surprisingly, it allows both sides to claim victory. The ICJ says #India has the right to consular access, but it does not side with India's request that #Pakistan mil court decision be annulled and Jadhav be released.
Over a broader perspective its a win for India. He still gets to live.
One gotta learn the art of chhutiyapa from indian and pakistani media. The way both media sections tried to paint their own colour to the verdict is hilarious to say the least. That's where you have to question their credibility.
Nobody is victorious or a clear winner here here as both the media is trying to convey. ICJ rejected few claims of India and few claims and objections of Pakistan as well.
India wanted acquittal of Kulbhushan. Rejected.
-> Kulbhushan as per ICJ will remain in Pakistan until review.
Pakistan wanted to execute him and some other claims. Rejected.
-> ICJ ruled Pakistan to review and allow consular access.
But how both sections are projecting it lol.
Indian media:
Review case
Give consular access
Stay execution
BIG WIN FOR INDIA!!! Pakistan gains global shame.
Pakistani media:
Acquittal denied
BIG WIN FOR PAKISTAN!!! Big slap on face of India.
Serious complications here.
Basically it is 80-20 in favor of Pakistan.
The 20 that India got too is subject to review of Pakistani court.
From a Indian paper
India had made two prayers in its petition before the ICJ. One, suspend the death sentence by way of immediate relief as Pakistan had violated provisions of the Vienna convention and two, declare the sentence of the military court as null and void as such courts are not recognised as legal entities as per international laws of jurisprudence.
While the court has accepted the first prayer and ruled that Pakistan had violated the convention by denying consular access, it did not go as far as overturning the sentence of the military court. The court rejected most of the remedies sought by India, including annulment of military court decision convicting Jadhav, his release and safe passage to India, saying that it was not his trial and conviction by the military court that violated convention.
Personally I think in the review this time they should convert this to life sentence and of course allow his family to meet him like prisoners are allowed. But no he aint going back to India. So that plea did not go thru.

How did you come to "80-20 in favor of Pakistan" conclusion?
I am yet to read the verdict but as far as I know the decision was 15-1, and the only dissenter was from Pakistan, 80-20 in favor of Pakistan and Pakistan did not support it.
@TM - Most of the Indians do not believe that Kulbhushan is well and alive. We all know the circumstances of Sarabjit's demise, Pakistan has to give Kulbhushan consular access. Let's see what ICJ meant by Effective review and if we can take it to the United Nations Security Council.
