Rohit for the umpteenth time looked towards the car and then at her!
Looking at her beaming face irritated his blood cells right now! And the key word here was right now, because if there would be some other situation he would have loved seeing her smile but right now it was the sign of trouble approaching him!
R: No Not never! I mean why do I do this? When I have you and a driver as well to drive me anywhere!
S: Rohit I know aapke paas driver hai aur mai bhi but driving seekhne mei bohot maza aayega aapko trust me!
R: seekhne ka toh pata nhi but I know sikhaane mei bohot maza aane wala hai aapko Miss Parvati! Look at your face and that grin...
He said all baffled and she felt like she was dealing with a five year old boy and not Doctor.. Correction Surgeon Rohit Sippy!
S: Rohit see aaj mausam kitna accha hai..
R: yes exactly and I thought we will do something nice but this is what I get! Mai aur tum ek sunsan sadak pe driving seekhenge.. How stupid it is!
S: Offo Rohit aap ek baar driving seekh jayenge toh aapko driver toh kya mere bhi zarurat nhi padegi!
Listening the statement, he got boiled and instantly pulled her to himself by her arm!
R: you are my love ok! Not a chauffer! Better get that in your head!
She got shocked at his sudden reaction.
S: sorry Rohit woh galti se..
R: britishers chale gaye aur ye sorry chod gaye!
He said leaving her arm and standing a bit away!
S: Rohit mera woh matlab nhi tha i want you to be independent taki mai hu ya na hu you would not feel helpless at times!
R: Do not talk to me and take me home! I can't tolerate these stupid things now!
He said approaching the passenger seat but she stopped him by his arm and he turned.
The moment he turned towards her there was something rare she witnessed in his eyes! That hurtful look and and his eyes looking gleefully unhappy just made it clear to her that somehow she made him remember his raw past!
She left his arm and held her ears to which he looked away!
R: let's just go home!
S: Rohit I am sorry! I won't say anything like that! Promise pleaseeee
She gave her cute innocent look to him which he obviously couldn't ignore!
R: accha accha ok..
S: wow Rohit aap driving seekhne ke liye maangaye..
R: what Maine aisa kab kaha.. Hey wait...
But she didn't listen to him and dragged him to the driver's seat!
Well now you may ask, why he let her drag him when he was strong enough to stop her then you should know that he let her do that because he loved her and seeing her child like antics his otherwise sane mind didn't seem to work!
He sat on the driving seat and she on the passenger seat!
S: ye gear hai and yaha key laga ke start karte hai...
R: I know this much I am not a kid okay!
She gave him a fake angry glare
S: ok so engine start kijiye and shoe utar ke accelerater dheere se dabaana because it's your first time..
R: hmm.. If anything happens to me or to you then you will be held responsible!
He said before putting the key to start the engine!
S: haan haan i will go to jail then!
She said mockingly while he glared at her!
And a few hours passed like this, him driving and she teaching him here and there!
S: ok stop
And he hit the brakes so hard that the car stopped suddenly making both of them jump in front!
S:Aaraam se..
R: sorry lagi toh nhi?
He asked getting back in his original position while looking at her all concerned as she sat back as well!
S: nhi lagi nhi! Anyways congratulations Doctor Sippy aapne driving seekhli pro layak toh nhi but beginners ke jitni toh aagayi!
He gave her an 'unbelievable' look to her as she teased him!
R: yeah atleast i did!
S: accha ab kucch khane chale i am hungry!
R: bhuk toh mujhe bhi lagi hai but ek shart pe you will drive this time!
S: ofcourse!
And they shuffled there seat while she drove and he listening her rant like usual!
The day was not that bad, was it?
