Aditya Seal gets trolled for comparing SOTY2 with Avengers - Page 2

Congratulations to Aditya Seal. it is amusing and surprising to see somebody in bollywood talking sense.

He is absolutely right . It is not the comparison that is bizarre but the fact that some idiots  are trolling

him  because he has spoken the truth is bizarre. He seems to have all his marbles in place, it is the

people, who serioulsly think that  hollywood movies are any different than bollywood/Indian movies,

have lost all their marbles. These are the same type of "sootiyas" who look for "deeper" meaning in

nonsense anime like 5cms/second. Frankly these Indian born wanbees seem to suffer from massive

inferiority complex about themselves. There is no difference between Singham and

Superman/Ironman/superheroX, both exist in an imaginary universe.

He is the same guy from Tum Bin 2

He isn't really comparing Avengers and SOTY 2. Just calling out Indian audience for enjoying Avengers but calling his movie unrealistic. And he ain't completely wrong. Even if MCU is science fiction and fantasy, some of the things shown in the movies make no sense whatsoever. SOTY 2 may have many flaws but it never claimed to be a realistic film.

Although he shouldn't question or generalize the audience like that if he wants to go ahead in his career. SOTY waise bhi iski film nahi hai, kaiko bekaar mein troll hona chahta hai. 

Also popcorn flicks whether Hollywood or Bollywood will have unrealism. PK, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, 3 Idiots, all had unrealistic elements. Even Sholay. Audience are expected to apply suspension of disbelief, but the movie has to be entertaining in return.

SOTY1 and 2 were typical candy gloss flicks, people have habit of expecting logic from movies that has actors they hate and so on. While I thought part one was total garbage, while part two was slightly better still not a good product, I have noticed one thing. People are hating the movie, because it is fun. Although SOTY2 could have been so much better but makers ko aakal kaha hai, Tiger ko leke laga film automatically hit hoga.

There is this thing called internal universe reality.

Avengers is based on aliens , science and magic mixture and follows it's in movie rules.

Whereas is soty based on fictional universe or it's based real universe , is tiger shroff demi god or a human bean.

The same movie when made proper was Jo jeta wohi sikandar and it was a hit and liked by everyone  because it had a loveable protagonist who falters and made mistakes and eventually learn from his Arc and become a champion , there is no arc for tiger he is the best from scene 1 , no obstacles , get heartbroken find a hotter girl in next scene and after all this gutter trash writing it still could have been hit if it was entertaining , like baghi n baghi 2 type where is there is no story but eventually ppl came for action , no one want to see tiger winning a kabbadi match in climax that's for sport stories.

I think the actor was talking about pre release bashing where people were like konsa college hota hai aisa and so on. Although SOTY2 ko koi nahi Bacha sakta tha lol, as it was the typical main hero worshipping bs.

Oh wow delusional people tying themselves in knots trying to justify hollywood superhero nonsense. Grown a*s men jumping around and flying around in underwear in present day newyork and Manhattan yet people pretending bollywood movies are nonsense. Brain freeze. 

There is no science involved in superhero movies, barring maybe , batman, where too, there is lots of gadgetry, but then bond movies also have gadgets.  Time travel into past is not possible, you cannot go back into 2014, 2012 and come back. Just because you throw in quantum terminology does not make it possible. 

Many people read comics and manga and watch anime. That is fine. But many of them don't go around dissing what other people like. Most of these wannabees from India have this habit of  discussing  threadbare, "science"  in MCU, looking for hidden meanings in anime's and mangas while dissing anything that is from India,  especially those on quora and now some on this forum are really pathetic.
