Good.So he wanted to put the entire blame onto PC since Kat cudnt do justice to the strong character though she had 2 months. If the movie fails, blame PC. The fact is Kat isnt a seasoned actor like Rani, PC. Even if she had 10 months of prep time she wudnt have been able to go for matured roles. Yes she tried and it came out well in Zero but it is close to her real life so she cud understand both the characters of movie actress and love failure.

Forget her dude. It's over. She was into marriage dat too double one where her and her husband's ethnicity were diff. What do u expect? If she cud have she wud have right? She cudn't manage, she must have known.

U shud have rather stopped the dir from casting Kat if it is wrong decision and casted Vidya or Rani instead in the crisis time.  Instead blaming PC?? When PC wanted to do the role it was obvious then itself dat the role is quiet promising from a good actor's perspective. So u had to search for another good actor. Common sense huh!

This is not a dig. The man is only stating a fact.

Dat is a rant. For how long? He is blaming PC for Kat's inability to prep well.

It was neither a dig as Salman’s line was a straight forward one - PC did not give them much time which is a fact, nor it was professional of PC at that time to do what she did. She was criticized much for it and this will always remain as one unprofessional incident in her career.

Hello there is personal life too! If she cudnt back off how did they allow her to do so?

@bold and that too it has been over a decade where her role was decent. And I agree, it was too similar to her real life, so easy to portray....

No one’s denying her personal life. But marriage plans dont happen out of the blue. Knowing that there can be such plans yet signing the movie itself is unprofessional. And then leaving the team just days before shoot starts is another level of unprofessionalism.

In first world countries, there’s no notice period that an employee or employer has to abide by before either one wants to dissociate himself/itself from the other party. However, as a part of professionalism, people do serve a basic 2 weeks of notice period (as it’s enough for corporate world) to the employer. Not that one has to, but one does. Even though one says he wont come from next day, it’s legal and nothing can be done against it, but people dont do that. Hope you can make out the reference here.
