It is an invisible ink pen where the ink disappears after a short while. Asmita's plan is to sign the marriage papers with Shan with a real pen after Paromita's sign disappears during the tea distraction that was created, making her Shan's legally wedded wife. Then she's going to sign with invisible ink again for the marriage papers with Ridoy, which will later disappear so she won't be married to Ridoy. I think it's a great plan actually and a unique idea by the CVs if they execute it correctly tomorrow!
The only thing that I'm a bit confused about is she used invisible ink to sign as a witness for the so called Shan-Paromita marriage registration so that is going to disappear too. I wonder if any one else is going to sign as the witness during the distraction to validate the Shan-Asmita marriage because marriage registration requires two witness signatures. After Asmita's witness signature disappears due to the invisible ink, only Ridoy's witness signature will remain unless Dadi Bua or the DSP sign as witness instead.
