I think Isha might wear tha diamond ring everyday, this must be their Gharane ring, they are not going to show same diamond ring again, that is probably only between them.

About the diamond ring, looks like Cvs forgot about it, or may be she will wear that after their engagement. Hopefully they still remember his gifts, that RN sari and diamond necklace. Although I will not be surprised if they do not show anything about it, it feels like there is no continuity these days, they are writing a completely a new story.
