Awww.. please dont feel sad dear. Ab toh Mrs Maheshwari aa gayi apne ghar! She is a strong girl and one day Sameer will come to admire her strength and her fighting spirit a lot. But he has to first see all her admirable qualities. Most of the extremely beautiful love stories are born out of some heartache for one for both parties involved. Waise hi toh kadar karna seekhte hai hum, nahi?

Thanks dear and yes she is very strong. But I think women become emotionally more mature compared to men earlier in life, whereas men are physically more stronger... I guess it's nature's way of ensuring that as a couple we bring together the best in both.

Hey May,

A very happy belated birthday.

May God bless you with good health, mental peace, genuine friends and lots of wealth.

Coming to the update...I can see so much heart and soul poured in each and every word...to make it as long as u can...but still I felt it very short...that's becoz ur writing skills can bind your readers till eternity. Again it was a very emotional update.

My heart ached seeing Nana's condition...Poor girl could not even cry telling the actual reason.

She wanted to bid bye and be welcomed as daughter in law and not a daughter...You have portrayed the whole scene so beautifully...It was such a irony that until and unless a girl don't get acceptance from her husband...Any other relation doesn't matter much.

I loved the optimism of pandit and munna...They know that sameer heart will melt soon and even he won't be able to stay from his beautiful wife.

Preeti was on fire...I wish there was a face off between her and her so called jiju...She would have torn him apart...Bach gaya is baar sameer.

I loved all those little surprises...U gave us...sameer thinking that " solid toh lag rahi hai", Sameer caring for naina...Holding his hand while she was crying...Sharing the same room, confused about where to sleep, treating her wound...And finally pink lace😃...Bechara...Khud hi apne pair pr kulhari maar li sameer ne...And last but not the least finally sharing the same bed.

I wish he literally feel guilty about his decision and be punished by naina.

Like she cried feeling dejected being rejected by her own husband...He should feel the same pain. Then only he will realise her real worth.

Anyway...I'm loving the twist and turns...Please update soon.

Sameer as his Nanaji knows him is a guy with a heart of gold. Of course he has insecurities that he carries inside of him, but he is not a bad guy. Pyar hone mein ya pehchaan ne mein thoda waqt lag sakta hai isse but he is not an uncaring person.

This update has left me speechless, I don't have words to write anything about it. This is by far the best update of the story which is saying something as there has never been a dull update in this story.

I loved the way you described the small details of the pooja morning and the whole function. It was like the whole scene was playing in front of my eyes. (The kids being high on sugar reminded me of how I control my own kid's sugar intake 😆 ) .

Coming to our Sammy boy, he is so confused its like a fight is going on between in his heart and his mind and I can see his heart winning soon. He is attracted to Mrs Maheshwari, he is possessive for her but his mind doesn't want to relent and accept her as his wife. The way he tried to console her and support her in the car was so heartwarming. Even in the bedroom he was so concerned about her well being and comfort. He cares for her deeply it is just that he is not ready to accept for now.

What do I say about Naina's feeling, I literally had tears in my eyes reading the line " Par mujhe to bahu ban ke hi jana hai ". She loves Sameer so much, hope or budhu realizes it soon enough and shows enough concern to not speak harshly to her again.
The awkwardness she felt in the bedroom was so real, this is how one would feel sharing a room with someone they dont know well enough and who has made you feel unwelcome.

I liked how Sam took care of Naina once she fell down. Wonder what everybody will think about the bump the next day 😉 . I see a friendship brewing here and strongest are the relationships that have friendship as its base.
Btw Thank you chachiji for the lace nighty 😳 . Our boy should definitely get to see what he is missing on 😆 .

So happy that you liked all the detailing around the Pooja and were able to visualize it. Kids high on sugar is every modern day parents nightmare! As you can probably guess I have faced many a troubles in this area too 😆

So happy that you were able to relate to both their thought processes and found something heartwarming in their interactions.

I had already covered Naina's feelings in great detail in previous updates, so didnt want to harp on them too much, but wanted to highlight that in spite of all her outer bravado, she is still yearning for him and the future she dreamed of with him on the inside. After all it's not that easy to just switch off our feelings and emotions just like that, right?

Sameer may not quite understand what she is going through as yet, but he can feel her pain. He doesnt even understand the intensity of her feelings for him and hence probably did not expect his decision to hurt her so much...

Anyway let see where they head from here on... pink lace ne bhi kuch kuch asar dikhna shuru kar hi diya hai 😉
