My theory on this is dono spouses ka discussion kar rahe the take unke spouses aur janta kuch galat matlab na nikale. So they were playing it safe by remembering their spouses so there spouses wont feel uncomfortable while watching them.

My final thoughts.

i dont know about others but i can give my own life instance. im very close to my 6 years older colleague & he is like an elder bro to me he is a married man with a 3 yrs old kid. we hug each other tease each other dance together in office parties flirt with each other alone as well as in front of his wife. we share many things with each other fight like kids & dont see each others face for days after a fight. many times he calls me darling as well. he is a friend, a brother to me. so is this wrong?? cant i be close to a guy if he isnt my blood brother??

Saw that unseen-undekha video where Sree is playing with Dipika's hair, really a brother does that? I have 4 blood older brothers, a respect is needed in every relationship, a brother-sister has a different equation than a couple. Behaving like a couple but making sure to name it Bhai-Behan? And BB is also finding it weird, no other relationship is suspicious enough to be shown in the main episode other than Romil-Somi, and it seems Romil- Somi agreed they r not bhai-behan. If blood related it is different even if they behave like this, nobody will doubt it because they grow up together from the very beginning, the bond might have been there..

Seen many contestants doing champi to each other in the house accross seasons. Toh pehli baat to ye issue hi nai hona chahiye.

Aur 3 months ki baat kare toh ppl need to remember its not just 3 months on off 1-2 hrs wala meeting and then geeting comforable to form a relationship. They r basically trapped in a house and living together for 3+ months. That is plenty to time to know, judge and form a bond. 24/7 for such a long stretch of time me maloom pad hi jaata he samne wala kaisa insaan he aur uski niyat kya he.
