I had to bear this to when I was new And I didn't even had idea abt any post limit as I use to post very rarely

Mutton curry?😆 I dont use any special spices I dont even recognize any ..

My mom had Put Names tags of each spices in containers as I cant know what is what unless I read tags above.. so I can know them ..😆

I hardly recognize them plus I m allergic to giner garlic😛

Me n kitchen dont go well when it comes to desi ! 😆

I use...javitri, kababchini, kaali mirch, sahjeera, tejpatta,daal chini for spices alongwith ginger/garlic etc...

I cant guess any spices if u write in hindi😆. I know none of them 😆

Ginger garlic is used in almost every food we cook
