Kalma is not just a term like mashallah inshallah that is now normalized and is universal
Kalma basically mean there is no God except ALLAH and Prphet PBUH is the messenger of ALLAh

This is not said aise casually it

Usually when people convert they say it if they are from another religion butwell muslims recite it as much as they want just like Allah O Akbar

Maybe he is half muslim maybe he just learned it and said it for peace of his mind

but yeah not everyone can say kalma just aise hi unless they mean the meaning and understand it

It is not just that regular term but Good of he said it

Again am not judging or questioning am curious too caz it is not just an arabic spiritual phrase
