Maan got ready for his office work while Geet was contemplating on what to do to pass her time...She didn't want to shop more, as she was done shopping for herself and Dadimaa and Annie... Yes, she hasn't bought anything for Maan...But, that was not intentional as she didn't know anything that he might like...More like, she was afraid of his sarcastic remarks on her buying anything for him...It was ironic, when she shopped for others she didn't think of their choices whether they would like her presents or not but when it came to Maan, she had a thought of his liking...him criticizing her choice...when she had all the reasons to hate the very person...and hence she made her mind to not shop for him, not after when he has asked her abt that...

So, what was she to do...Maan saw her lost in her thoughts and that was the very chance to ask her out...The more he looked at her face, the more he felt guilty...He was not feeling well, seeing her sitting there without him like that...All thanks to the talks he had with Dadimaa, the last night...Those talks softened his heart and his investors came as savior at the right time...inviting him for a party...

Maan:- Do you mind joining me for a party tonight???

Geet(came out from her lost world):- Huhh!!!! What???

Maan:- I was asking you out for a party...

Geet:- Party???

Maan(glanced in her uncertain eyes and sighed...she didn't trust him...well, he deserved that):- Yes, remember am here for business...So, the investors have arranged a welcome party for me.. I was...wondering if you may join me there???(He paused and then added) Its in a night club...

Geet:- Why not...(Her instant reply surprised him)

Maan:- Do you have any other plans for the day???

Geet:- Uhh...Not really... Will be here...

Maan:- Very well then...Will be here by 5 then we will leave...

Informing her, he nodded at her and left...whereas Geet had a thought to buy something for him too, since he was trying to be nice with her...asking her out, feeling for her boredom...

Geet decided to talk with Dadimaa before going for her shopping spree and there she told her abt her meeting with Rathods and her request to them as well...Dadimaa has appreciated her efforts and blessed her...She truly was an angel for Maan yet he was being unfair to the beautiful and broken girl...But, the elderly lady also has faith that one day Maan too will see her selfless side and then he will accept her in his life as his better half...Geet also informed her of her day's plan and Dadimaa was happy seeing this change in Maan...and in Geet too as she told she will be shopping for Maan...With passing her a few wisdom words, Dadimaa finally bid bye and Geet smiled at her concern...

Evening,

Geet came back to her room and found Maan waiting for her..She was a bit scared, since she again has felt someone's eyes on her and when she turned, she found none...But, she thought not to show her fears to Maan as it was his plans to scare her...But, she couldn't understand the fact that at one side he was being nice to her and on the other he was having someone following her...She might needed to confront that someone and ask directly before reaching any wrong conclusion...

Maan:- You said, you will be in room...

Geet:- yes...I went to buy something...(She eyed a packet in his hand's reach)What's in that???

Maan:- Oh!! Errm, I thought you probably wouldn't have any decent dress to wear so I ...brought a western dress for you...

Geet:- Excuse me... What is your definition for decent??? (She was angry hearing him)

Maan:- Look don't be hyper okhh... I told you, the party is in a club and I don't want you to wear your saree in there... (She was abt to retort back when he added)Though those are pretty decent but come on, you can't wear them... (He reasoned and she went mum)

Geet:- Why are you so changed???

Maan:- You will know once you are there...(He replied with a smirk)

Geet:- You planning any evil against me??? (She narrowed her eyes at him) If its so, am not going with you...

Maan(shook his head):- No stupid,(he sighed)you know you are so negative abt me that you can never think any good abt me...

Geet:- Huhh!! I haven't seen any good in you as of now... So... Yes, its quite easy for me to think all bad abt you...(She taunted and he looked away, controlling his anger)

Maan:- Okhh listen then...I don't like such places...Over crowded...and all those silly girls all ready to throw themselves ...I so hate them all...

Geet:- Then don't go...Simple...

Maan:- Its not simple...They are my investors...I must not deny them...Its against business rules...As long as you accompany me am safe...(He was having a small smile saying that)

Geet:- Really??? (She mocked) So smart thinking Mr MSK...

Maan(nodded with a smirk):- Yes...Thank you...Now take this... and get ready...

He handed her the packet and was abt to go when she turned and called him out...He turned and waited for her to talk as she was mum for a few moments looking the shopper she was carrying...

Geet:- I...bought this for you...(He stared her in surprise)And before you ask me its reasoning.. Then I clear...I shopped because when we are back, Dadimaa would ask me what I bought for you...and I don't wanna lie to her nor hurt her sentiments...

Maan(smiled and took the bag):- Thank you ...(With that Geet went to rest room and Maan went out)

As Geet came out wearing his gifted dress, he was staring her without blinking his eyes...She was looking ethereal in that red color...thigh high dress..with matching accessories and heels on...

Geet too noticed him, he wore her gifted red tie with his full black suit...and a smile touched her lips...She cleared her throat and he came out from his trance...cursing himself for losing his senses like that...After a brief awkward silence, she looked up at him...

Geet:- Shall we???

Maan:- yeah... Let's go...

Maaneet entered the club, they were spotted by the hosts and they took them in...Maan introduced Geet as his wife and everyone's gaze couldn't stop admiring the beautiful couple...He, soon was caught up with clients and she couldn't have asked for more as this was not a usual day, she didn't know for how many days she was to stay in London in pretext of their HM, so she wanted to enjoy here till she had time, not wanting to waste any single day...She always was better by herself and so, she stood in one corner and was enjoying her day out in there...

What she didn't know was, someone was paying attention to her...observing her every move and it was not Maan, it was Josh...He was there, as was instructed by Annie...He looked at the waiter who has approached him and he guided the same waiter towards Geet...

Geet saw Maan shaking hands with a girl, whose clothes were for namesake...and he was smiling at that girl...and within secs, she saw them both together on the dance floor...somehow she didn't like that scene in front of her and that was when the waiter approached her...

Geet(eyed the drink):- What's this???

Waiter:- Ahh!! Fruit punch ma'am...

And she took a glass, with a nod...Waiter sighed at the close escape...Soon, someone asked for a dance and she decided to turn the tables at him...with a smile she accepted the raised hand in front, leaving the nearly finished glass on the counter and was dancing with the person, near Maan's wandering eyes... Maan narrowed his looks and it pleased Geet...He has accepted that girl's offered hand just to please his investor as she was his niece and here Geet was trying to show him off...He excused himself from that girl, whose heart broke as Maan approached Geet...The boy left her with a polite smile on his face and Geet smirked...

Maan:- What do you think, you are doing???

Geet:- What??? Was just dancing...Some nice guy asked and I couldn't refuse...

Maan:- You could have...

Geet:- So could you???? (Maan nodded his head and didn't reply..But Geet was not done) I thought, you brought me here to engage yourself so that none can approach you...and here, you were happily dancing away with that cheap girl...

Maan:- Sshh!! Slow down... She is host's niece...And it would have created a bad impression if I refused her in front of her uncle...So, accepted... (He explained and then contemplated) Why am telling you this??? Huhh!! I don't need to clarify my actions to you...

Geet:- Nor should I ...

With that both went silent, as they were lost in the battling with their own minds and hearts... where Maan was thinking why he was eager to let that boy's hands be off from her waist when he saw them dancing..and why he cared ...Was he getting attached with her...why was that need to hold her securely in his arms...saving her from that boy, when he knew he didn't really need to ...She was well off, without him...

Geet's thoughts were also not less than his...She fought with the feeling of comfort being in his arms as if, she belonged to him...whereas she was conscious dancing with the random guy... Her mind felt light, she thought it was cause of her ill thinking...towards her Abductor but in actual the fruit punch was showing its effect...

Geet:- Can we leave??? Am not feeling well... Its really crowded... (She made an excuse with a sober face and Maan nodded)

Maan:- Yeah, I was thinking the same... Let's go...

With that Maan guided her towards the hosts, bidding them byes...Both came outta that place...Josh was left with a defeated and angry sigh as his plan didn't work which should have...with girl gone with her husband, he was frustrated at the failure...

Maan signaled the chauffeur and he went to bring car, whereas Maan got busy in attending his ringing phone and when he put that away after 2 mints, Geet was nowhere...

Maan(ST):- Where did she go??? (He still was looking around when his driver came with car and informed)

Driver:- Sir, she is there...

He pointed towards the narrow street and Maan looked at him in a gesture to stay there, he will be back...and the driver waited there only...

Maan:- Geet, what are you doing here... Let's go... (He ordered, when he found her humming something)

With that said, he started to go, hoping she would follow him but instead, she took him by surprise as he heard her...

Geet:- Who are you??? And why would I follow you??? Hmm??

Maan:- What??? (He asked getting confused at her weird Q)

Geet(pointed her finger at him and tried to remember):- Oh!! You are...Maan... Are you Maan???

Maan:- Geet, what nonsense are you talking abt... Let's go... (He eyed the guards, who were giving them suspicious looks...and he knew, it wouldn't take more time for them to think otherwise and call police...the last thing he would have ever wanted to get jailed that too in London...No way...He needed to act fast before she got them in trouble) Geet did you have anything in there???

Geet:- Hmm...(She replied after a while)

Maan:- What???(He asked)

Geet:-Emmm...Haan... Fruit punch...It was so nice... Hmmm...

Maan(sighed, knowing she might have mistaken a drink with fruit punch and now she was not in her right senses):- Do you want more??? (She was thinking when Maan grabbed her hand)Let's go, I will get you another one...

Geet(snapped her hand back):- No... Am not going anywhere... with you...Am a free bird ...Am going...(She pointed towards the guards and started to head for them)There...

Maan, was running out of patience but he couldn't have made them laugh at him-The Tycoon... So, he rushed behind her and came in front of her... with a shook of his head... He smiled at her...
