I tolerated so much nonsense but still kept watching. Kept ranting here but still watched until the episode with grown up Sahil stole Shivaay's watch. When they ruined that bond and character I couldn't bear to watch anymore. That was such a precious bond. Between Anika and Saahil and also between Shivaay and Saahil. Yes that was RU and no bond was really shown in AU. But phir bhi I will never forgive HS for ruining that. And I am assuming that whole Dhinchak will have an adult Saahil who is negative as part of Shivaansh's dysfunctional family and who will feed him the tragic fake story about his parents. I can't bear to watch that. Apart from the tacky dhinchakness. Although since OmRu and their families are not going to die (initially I thought everyone was to die) I wonder why they didn't take Baby Shivaansh with them wherever they went and didn't raise him in an environment of love with happy stories about his parents? Of course then we wouldn't have dhinchak at all. And Shivika wouldn't have needed to die. So I guess for dhinchakness to happen everyone has to suffer. Shivika will not only not get a happily ever after, they will die alone and separately and as if that is not cruel enough they will not even rest in peace given what happened to their baby. And how he grew up. They will turn in their graves. This is Gulneet being sadists to an extreme.

They had an episode of RU Shivika reminiscing their journey (although dressed in AU clothes -saw some caps) Missed it. 😭 I didn't know. It was a khidkitod yaadein episode with only Shivika. Was at home and could have watched if I had known it was a Shivika episode. Can't find it on Hotstar. If someone has a link please post.

Hey Girls, its been so long but today thought I'd drop in coz I am too heart broken to not write...like I really meant it when I said I wont watch the redux n I swear I didnt...I was the sort of person who would get painful butterflies if I couldnt watch ishqbaaz as soon as the episode comes on hotstar, but I did manage to stay away...Just watched a few sneak peaks when some random Shivika scene came up on insta , voted for SC and managed to limit myself to just reading 1-2 articles regarding the endin of the show but then --- I saw the last epi - that bomb blast n some wierd scene where Anni is being injected with some narcotic agent to make her sleep or whatever and I swear to God, it was so disturbing..like its one thing to remove the very essence of a story by killing off the characters who made the fans fall in love with the story in the first place but to kill them off like this??? This is just new levels of being sadistic...like what are they effing playing at...its just so sick...I just feel so bad...And why does NM look so bad in the redux...and I have no freaking clue who the new heroine is but I hate her already...like come on, they think they can replace SC...who are they kiddin? I sound like a petty kid but this is as graceful as I can be about the whole thing!!Sorry for the ranting...

Beats me why Om and Rudy will abandon Shivika baby. Not that anything else makes any sense at all. They have pretty much done everything to ruin the initial much loved characterization of Rudy, Om, Sahil. We were fed one for all and all for one' and we got to now believe OmRu abdandoned Shivika's posthumous child ? I sincerely hope from the bottom of my heart that the leap fails. So much narrative disintegrity can happen only when the writer does not care - sleeping on the job. Indian TV as such has a very low bar, but this is in a league of its own. I cannot believe how they managed to kill the narrative so brutally.
How are they going to justify Sahil's evil behavior after reams and reams of Sahil being Khuddar, darwasa tod intelligent and a sweet supportive brother? And expect audience to accept it too.

I have mixed feelings about whether I want to watch especially since this is RU/AU khichdi. At the least the caps is how I can imagine Shivika being ever after rather than the caps I saw yesterday. Haven't watched those episodes and don't intend to either. Although I guess the end is actually the end of RU. AU doesn't exist in my head.

This is new territory for Gul because usually her leads never stick around for this long and so things take their own course. This is the first time a lead pair has stuck around and showed no intention of going anywhere nor did their popularity wane even after so long and despite crap tracks and writing and SPA was testimony to that. Basically Gul had no clue what to do with a Shivika who just like in the show even outside of it survived everything that got thrown at them. So she decided to be done with them as brutally and cruelly as only an egotistical sadist like Gul can do.

I guess I am too twitter challenged. Need to educate myself more. I was feeling so thrilled that I had learnt to maro chakkar of the tag. Was short lived. Now back to square one 😆

New girl...lol I almost pity her sometimes for the mess she's walking in to...it's clear there won't be much for her to do since it's a fully ML show and she will stand around being a mannequin for the "romantic" scenes...lol...
