There are many such incidences she is confident, and she also has her weak moment but when she passes that phase she is mentally and emotional stronger than sameer.

Ya naina is a very strong character even if she is scared of her family but many times she has stood up for herself and for her chacha (when he was insulted by Sharad) when situations needed.

I feel that Sameer did not do right by hiding such a big thing from Naina. Sameer has always been like that he never shares his problems with anybody easily neither Naina nor Mundit . So he needs to learn to open up to Naina.

In life you are partners in everything and there should be no secrets between couples is what I believe.

Yes he should have told Naina. The problem with Sameer is the moment he feels Naina is getting insecure he stops and then takes it upon himself to solve the problem.

It is a matter of trust but not trust in Naina but in her ability to understand his POV. He assumes that she will not understand him or the situation and that she cannot fight back. But he should remember and realize that she is mentally strong and can handle tough suituations.

Hopefully he will realize now that by not telling her he has put his future and their future in jeopardy.

He didnt share bcos of her family ,she herself told him that if famiky got called at collge, no one suppotted them

So he had other choice left ?

What solution she could think about coming out from this mess ?When not ready to faced her family till now?

She even didnt tell that sameer got failed..what was bothering her ?

He did wrong but naina too didnt understand his position .

When today he shared all to her ,she just blamed him and left from there to faced him all alone.

Both needs to be balance their relation

She was also been not practical during break uo track where her priority was totaally family .

They both needs to work on their emotional and practical part together

Sometimes both dil and dimaag needs to face the situation

So for me neither both are right or wrong

Naina's hurt is understandable.She is hurt that Sameer hid such a big thing from her and also failed in his exams.But her reaction is not justified.Before shouting at him and slapping him she did not spend even a second thinking about the pain and hurt that Sameer would have endured all these days.She did not convey any sympathy or comfort him either.Even if she had comforted him after shouting at him it would have been ok,but she never did that.

And most importantly she accused him of being selfish when ,in fact,Sameer's biggest fault is that he is selfless..He is stupid,no doubt,but he is utterly selfless.

I was surprised when she accused him of being selfish saying "Main main main.meri zindagi,mera faisla"...when actually Sameer had only thought of Naina while making the decision.And she followed this up by saying "Tumne kabhi socha ki iske baare mein jab mujhe pata chalega to mujhe kitna bura lagega.Main kaise is bojh ke saath jeeongi ki tum meri wajah se fail hue"...So who is being more selfish here?Sameer or Naina?..The first thought that enters her mind(after all Sameer has done for her) is how she will live with this burden.Never does she think how Sameer lived with this burden for so many days...

Wah re Naina,Maan gaye..Aapka sach mein topper wala dimaag hai...

Secondly if she loves Sameer so much as she claims,why doesn't she go now and tell the principal that she was the girl in the room?Maybe the princi might forgive Sameer and let him write the supplementary papers...If she doesn't let him write it,then Naina should share the punishment with Sameer,right?After all,she told Sameer"tumhi meri zaroorat the,zaroorat ho aur rahoge"..When they are two halves,then why not share his punishment?Then the so called guilt of living with the burden that Sameer failed because of her will also be reduced for Naina Devi...But Naina won't tell the princi because she thinks with her head..She will shout at Sameer,the emotional fool,and hold him responsible for her pain,but when it comes to sharing his pain,Naina is nowhere to be seen.

I somehow think that after this reaction Naina has lost Sameer...this time there will be judaai..aur lambi waali...and the judaai will be initiated by Sameer and Naina might have to repent at leisure for her hasty reaction...just my thought...

I agree with you. No he was trying to safe her from getting into big mess and she is accusing him that he thinks about himself .
She is feeling guilty now that he has failed becoz of her and she is justifying it by her anger on him. I don't think she is going to the principal. Sameer has been so selfless but has suffered a lot.

True i too feel there will be judaai and naina has to get him back this time

Naina doesn't even recall that he did tell her about the Principal's condition and after she cried and gave her speech about all the things that would happen to her once they find out, then only did Sameer tell her that he was joking. Naina only hears that which she wants to. She failed to read Sameer's silence and instead screamed at him to say something. The poor guy was left with nothing to do but put on his joker cap and pretend that he was joking. Naina even forgot the poem that Sameer had said at Mount Abu, that people only see his smiling face, they don't see how alone he is. Naina only sees what is on the surface and does not understand Sameer as well as she thinks or should.

Really Naina is self -centred,if she would have been ,she would not have slapped Sameer,she would have been too happy what he did for her leaving his future,yes she would not have slapped,but she did as she was scared,futuriated for his future,career,
