New promo interpretation

seeing the SBS and other outlet reporting regarding accident of Anurag make me think about the promo and the thorn poking Anurag finger and blood coming. Is it possible the injury of Anurag in accident will make them or prerna confess/realize she looks him? I wonder the blood part in promo was indicative of harm coming to Anurag?

Yeah I also thought that the promo was indicating what is now shown on bts.. The blood drop on Anurag's thumb made and then Prerna getting back to the reality and seeing the wedding card while crying silently ... All these were perfectly symbolic to the current track.
