Monster house is a 2006 animated horror comedy film where the house itself is a monster created by merging a human soul with it n it can only be killed by destroying its heart which was the furnace of the house...
after looking at the structure of the house n how it bite the letter into pieces at the precap it looks similar to the monster house n there also the body of ghost was kept at basement n here tantra at basement...
