Let's get to facts, watch the clip, Sree said "you don't have a character, you are characterless". He didn't say you are characterless woman. So the usual meaning is, she doesn't have any qualities that signifies her being as such.

Surbhi and Shree both passed low level comments but the latter made it uglier by comparing her to a wh**e. Deepika was on a whole different tangent defending her brother and this same woman said ki Deepak ko jhapad padna chahiye on his comments about Megha's chal chalan.😕 She was sitting outside jail, listening to her bhai talk about how the comment was unintentional.😡 He specifically talked about the women standing outside railway station after 11 p.m, how is this thing unintentional? Jasleen was also present in the BA when Shree was talking this and bas do line bol kar no one said anything. Maybe we are expecting more from these spineless women.
