The second quiz ( on Page 116 ) the first time around, too, many of the Sahibas were not able to guess the answers and there was a major discussion on how to get the answers. Only Jyothi managed to decode it.😳

But why did Periyamma paste an old quiz? Or did she put up a quiz and we all missed it? 🤔

Now, there ARE a few lineages there are known for being ostentatious like Jahangir/Shah Jahan... king Louis XIV etc... and yes, kings lived grander than their subjects... but most royalties seem to have lived simpler lives than we imagine...

For example, Ashutosh Gowariker's portrayal of harka bai... was quite simple... (unlike Ekta's)

and more recently I saw a beautiful series on Netflix 'The Last kingdom' it portrayed one of the first English kings of mordern England... beautiful it was! Yes, that IS his queen... 😊
