the flower nargis bloom for a short time so it has to wait for a long time to be seen and be appreciative. something on those lines. lol. meaning one needs an eye to be appreciated and acknowledged otherwise who cares ..here eye was me of course
Deep meaning
nargis is eye shaped...flower i.e. there are people like this flower who cannot see ..they have everything..yet they dont have a vision..purpose...they lack i dont have the word..and in centuries people are born who have the vision , wisdom...
no one can tell poet meant what...so people come up with all sorts of meanings...i have read these 2 to be most common

@hippo sucks. i dont think sree is that vile of a person. she is there with him 24 hours and she knows better. sree main problem is his language handicap and 90% of the things he does wrong is because of that...i can see that.

@miss singh...well you and everyone knows that hippo is appreciative of good, beauty. It is mistaken as love though. Hippo will never consider a girl for that type of likeness for someone likes another person. but i am free to appreciate her qualities lol
@pawan..yep that rant has an impact on me..because that is what i see in the person. sincerity and commitment...that is what one can ask for. that was where I focused on her. lol
@insaaf...yes bhai bhai looks odd but there is a context. see people shipping both. so it makes sense now
