Jalseen was a pretty fair sanchalak from Day 1. She stopped Sreesanth from speaking when Rohit was speaking, Rohit is her enemy yet she gave him the opportunity to speak, she never interrupted him.
She made Dipika quiet if she was speaking over Deepak, she gave everyone a fair chance to speak their points.Jasleen also gave in to Somi for Megha's accusation and she agreed with Somi and gave that point to Deepak's Team.
Jasleen was pretty fair in giving Sreesnath's point to Deepak's Team, she never supported him and she never supported him as she knows he is wrong, she never supports wrong cause.
Jasleen gave Romil's point yesterday to Deepak's Team and did not create an issue out of it.
On the other hand, Somi was a fair sanchalak too, she did support Jasleen when she told her to rightfully accuse Deepak in the task. She did not support Deepak even if they are friedns. Somi also was fair in taking Rohit and Surbhi's name for the accused because she knows both of them did wrong.
Somi also did not support any team and was balanced, she tried tolisten to both sides and let everyone talk.
However, in the last round, she already made her mind to not even listen to Karanvir's ilzaam. She was denying that, he is confused.
There is no fault in wanting to pick Dipika's name, but she was not even listening to Jalseen and said I do not want to listen to Karanvir's accusation, then Jaslene also stood her ground, but the ego was started by Somi.

Also, Rohit was clearly giving hints to Somi that, do not listen to Jasleen and do what you want to do.
Even before having the conversation with Dipika about Karanvir, Jasleen wanted to take Karanvir's name and I blame both Jasleen and Somi for the task being cancelled as they did not reach mutual agreement, but Jasleen was not partial at all, Somi was making rules all by herself and also said no one can tell me what to do.
