I don't think Deepika blamed Deepak or accused or treated him of molesting.
I strongly disagree on this.

In the task Deepak was not letting Deepika make her point and interrupting her.
When he failed to stop her verbally, he was trying to grab her arm or elbow to get her attention to make his argument heard over her argument.
Deepika got annoyed with his habit and ignored him couple of times.
At one point when she was making her point and walking towards Somi and Jasleen, Deepak grabbed her elbow to get her attention. He was interrupting her.
Deepika warned Deepak not to touch her. It was like telling him he can argue but don't interrupt by pulling her back.
Deepika yelled at him don't touch me when she was so involved in argument and Deepak again tried to get her attention by pulling her elbow. This was after giving him warning not to do it.

I don't think Deepika was wrong in her reactions.
She did not treat this as indecent or vulgar.
She just wanted him to stop pulling her back when she was presenting her argument.

Deepika had right to yell at Deepak after giving him warning.

They should also bring how after returning from secret room, Shree was giving negative feedback about Deepika. He got housemates support and turned back on them.
