* duplicate layer and set to screen
* duplicate base and set to overlay and drag the layer to top
*layers merge all
*duplicate the layer
* add a gussain blur (5)and set the layer to screen
* repeat step 2
*repeat step 3
* add a new rastor layer and fill with dark blue and set to lighten
* repeat 3
*duplicate layer and set to darken
* go to brightness and contrast and put the settings
-20 and 17

anyone have a tutorial for making circles i think ibserenity posted one but the links not working anymore

they are the famous mahi circle all you do is get your circle brush and put it on your siggy. then use the magic tool to select the circle and paste your pic in to selection

         I saw that alot of people want to know where other people got textures in their sig!!!!!! i have found sites and i have made some textures too!!

                      HOW TO USE A TEXTURE!!!

1. first you copy and paste it in to your psp

2. then you paste it on your sig as a new layer

3. after that you go to properties and go to either lighten or overlay or soft light (those come out the best) you can also do which ever property you want
