Daya aka Disha Vakani might not make a comeback to Taarak Mehta Ka Ool

Some characters are so iconic that without them a show feels incomplete. Their aura and their acting together make the audience feel their presence and they love to see those characters forever in the show. However, sometimes, the actors are unable to continue in the show for long, thus leading to audiences' disappointment. This can be the case for the fans of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. The show that has been running for over a decade, has some characters that are a part and parcel of our daily lives. One of them is Dayaben aka Disha Vakani. However, she has been missing from quite some time from the show as she gave birth to an infant. 

Post that, she was on off from the show to raise the kid. Everyone was expecting her return soon. However, now reports are coming in that she might not make a comeback on the show post her pregnancy. According to a report, Disha Vakani had earlier shot for the promo of the show and was excited to come back to the show. However, her husband was concerned about the upbringing of the child and didn't want her to return to the show. Her husband thinks that the child needs more time and attention and if she joins the show, she won't be able to give that much time to the kid. Thus, there are reports that she might not be making a come back to the show. 

Earlier, the producer of the show had mentioned to Times of India that, "The shooting conditions are tough and since Disha's baby is still very young she needs her. We haven't discussed about her return yet and there is no official confirmation on Disha quitting Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah." But, now, with her husband also not supporting her decision to return, more bad news might be on the way for her fans.
