I think Mauli doesn't have any idea regarding the relationship of kunal and nandini... she is thinking that it was because of the bhaang effect and they weren't in senses... but still now she is feeling scared of loosing kunal and feeling insecure... but when she comes to know the EMA of kunan she will never forgive both of them

This is misleading. This whole forgiveness thing is for their besharmi they did under bhaang's affect. Mauli will still be gullible and naive as ever thinking all their PDA was just because they weren't in their senses. And nandini merely has a hangover.
