Even if Mauli turns negative and makes K & N lives hell, it will be justified because right now both of them deserve whatever comes their way.
BUT knowing her it will be out of her character. 😳 Mauli has been shown a very positive character. She could not see her friend in misery how can she do it to herself. Initially, she will get a blow after knowing the truth but I have faith in her character that she will bounce back and get on with her life in a positive way.
