SDDB to go off air on 22 September; Radha Krishna to replace

MUMBAI: Today, we had reported about TV actors Vasudhara Kaul and Rushiraj Pawar joining the team of Star Bharat's Radha Krishna (Swastik Productions).

Now, we have learnt that the magnus opus Radha Krishna may replace Shakuntalam Telefilms' Saam Daam Dand Bhed.

According to our sources, Radha Krishna will go on floors in the month of August and it will most probably launch on 24 September at 9 pm.

The show will feature newbie Mallika Singh and Sumedh Mudgalkar in the roles of Radha and Krishna respectively.

Saam Daam Dand Bhed's male lead Bhanu Uday recently quit the show. When we contacted the female protagonist, Sonal Vengurlekar, she shared, "I have no clue as we haven't been informed about it yet.
