Parents arguing too much, can't take it anymore

My parents are already in their 60s but they're still arguing a lot like angsty teenagers. I already tried playing the mediator role but they would only scream at my face to stop meddling. I don't know how long I could take this. They used to be fine together. They met in some kind of international brides dating site and got married after a year of being together. I just wish I could turn back time so we'd be that perfect family again. I'm so tired of them fighting over petty things. It's mostly arguments about who said this who said that.
