Ingredients
- Semolina (rawa/suji) 2 cups
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Butter 1/2 cup + to grease
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
MethodPreheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cream together butter and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs and vanilla essence and continue to whisk.
Add yogurt, a little at a time, and whisk till smooth. Mix together suji, baking powder and baking soda, add to the yogurt mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture into a Wonderful Cake Mould and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from mould, cut into wedges and serve.
