I think 1st of all you should stop stressing, as Stress is a major cause of hair loss. Have a complete sleep of minimum 8 hours. Try massaging your scalp by using ghee at least twice a week. Foods like Black peas, sabja are ful of nutrients and minerals which supports healthy hair. At least try doing all above for 3-4 months an see the result.

1. Massage your scalp regularly. Sometimes, I massage my scalp even without an oil.

2. If possible, you can buy an essential oil(Rosemary or Lavender), it helps in supporting health of your hair. Add a few drops of essential oil to any oil and apply to your hair (you can google about essential oils).

3. And, I think without the following none of the remedies would work -
a) Regular physical exercise and physically active daily life
b) A balanced diet.
c) Drinking enough amount of water everyday
d) Sound 8 hour sleep every night
e) Peace of mind

4. Stay away from applying heat(hair dryers, iron, etc). Stay away from hair dyes. Use mild shampoos as much as possible.

5. Braiding hair or tying your hair into a bun while sleeping helps.

Best Wishes :-)

This is a good solution, Devil. I am trying exercise, drink water, sleep and this tips.

Eat a balanced diet and exercise.
Get a basic health checkup done to rule out underlying medical issues.

Try a new brand of shampoo and conditioner.

Get a good haircut and get it trimmed every two months.

Hope this helps!

Eat a balanced diet.
Try oiling your hair regularly but leave it on for only 30 minutes before washing.

Get regular haircuts, every 2 months, so that your hair is free of split ends and looks healthier and fuller.

Use a neem comb.

You can try masks that cause burning (with pepper, onions, mustard), but look at the proportions on the Internet. From these masks are the best blood flow to the head and better nutrition of hair follicles. Also, I really like https://therighthairstyles.com/category/haircuts/ because there you can choose an excellent haircut even for not very thick and long hair!

Eat healthy, oil your hair regularly and keep them clean. That's my mantra for healthy hair.

There are many homemade oils that you can easily make at home without putting in too many resources or efforts like currypatta infused coconut oil or methi dana coconut oil..
