INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup peas (matar)
- 2 Sliced onions (medium)
- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 cup cauliflower (1/4th)
- 2 boiled potatoes (cubed)
- 1 finely chopped capsicum
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- chopped coriander leaves
- Oil
- chopped ginger garlic chili
- Turmeric powder
- red chili powder
- cumin seeds
- black pepper powder
- Coriander powder
- dry mango powder
- salt
