Last year, it found that Korean period drama Hur Jun was broadcast on DD Bharti from January 13, 2014, to October 29, 2014, to receive viewer ratings of 34,164,000. Fast-forward to 2017, the total ratings for Descendants of the Sun aired from February 8 to March 1 jumped to 55,920,000.
