Ingredients

Bread slices
Boiled potato (mashed)
Green Peas
grated carrot
grated cabbage
chopped onions
green chilies
Garam masala
cumin seeds (jeera)
Dry breadcrumbs
salt to taste




Directions

take 1 tbsp oil & add finely chopped onions and saute.  You can also add ginger garlic paste.
Add all the veggies and green peas(boiled). Cook it for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
Dip bread slices in water and immediately take it out and squeeze it. Add it to veggie mixture.
Add mashed boiled potatoes, 1/2 tbsp garam masala, jeera, green chilies, and salt. Mix well
Make oval shaped balls and coat each ball with dry breadcrumbs. If you are not able to form balls add some breadcrumbs into the mixture and try again.
Deep fry these balls and serve them with chutney !!!
