Me thinks it's more law of physics. For every action there's an equal and opposite reaction. Force resulting in push and pull in direction 😆 . Force of Dadu Narang and his action decree of '"Ms. shanbag, you have until lunch to collect your things and phooto outta here" was the push he gave . The pull was The equal opposite reaction in direction from Ashvin , "shove off you old man, she's not just Ms. shanbag now... , not just Ms.Any Narang ... She will leave as she pleases or when I decide to open the door... she is more my i.e. A's wife . The phone is merely object of the push and pull of the action reaction 😳 😆

She is not Ms Shanbag  Dadu ...she is Ashwin's...he had professed his love to her father...now that he had let her leave Ullal escorted by the senior and Junior Narang, she has arrived there as Aswins wife...he had told Trisha they were not friends...what was left unsaid then is recorded now...remember she does not have his number stored with his name...😉

This could also be the reason and as Kalpana said dadu saying her Ms Shanbhag didn't go well with him
By adding her as A's wife he is reassuring himself that she is his...
and it's high time now he have to prove it

Wonderful update!  Dadu's mission accomplished and finally here is Trisha where she belongs. The bond between Dadu and Rachit were so endearing poor Ashvin he misses that affection  and it definitely hurts. Hope Dadu soon will forgive his dear grandson.
