Hello EDKVians 🤗

as many of us don't know about how to increase the forum ranking..i thought to share the solution of our problem related to forum Ranking..😉

Now as you are aware that there are 5 Stages of the Chaska Meter including:

Buzz/Rating/Views/Activity/Followers

Buzz Points:

It depends on the comments posted, and the likes on the buzz articles and videos on India-Forums by the staff themselves. This includes any articles which has tagged Ek Duje Ke vaaste, or any of it's actors!

Ratings:

This depends how many times and how many members hit the Chaskameter . So please hit the Chaskameter everytime you visit this forum or refresh your page.

Take your cursor towards the stickman & hit on the last 5th stickman. Once you have clicked, it should look something like this:

Views & Activity:

We need to increase activity in our forum. How?

It is foremostly important that silent members come forward and participate in the forum discussions. Simply liking the posts/comments is not enough. Bring yourself out from the silence, and join the discussions! NOW! Only this will help us here.
Rather than opening new threads on same topic, please try to make the existing topics pink. The color of the thread just before the name become pink when it gets 250 + views or 25 responses. And the more the pink threads, the good the ranking will be in the upcoming weeks! Otherwise, blue threads aren't too nice,

Comment on Written Update /Video Updates threads as well. Remember that it is a way to increase the forum ranking and also to appreciate the member's efforts in compiling it every week, only for you!
Comment on all the existing articles, photo gallery, and videos in which the show is tagged.
Comment on any new topic which is made , like any SBS /SBB Updates, any information , spoilers , etc!.

Followers are those who have subscribed below:
Ek Duje Ke Vaaste.

This is done on the My Forums tab. For instance, when you open
the EDKV forum, you can see similar block:

just Click that star, and then you will automatically become a
EDKV follower..🥳 It's really easy!

Celebrity Rankings:
Celebrities are an integral part of our forum. In order to increase the rank of our celebrities, we need to do the following:

Join their fan club n try to comment on their profile daily. Also comment on every photo on their gallery, videos, old tellybuzz articles etc. whenever you have some spare time in hand!

now it's over to you, to remember what is supposed to be done on your part to make our forum shine across India-Forums!

We are ALL hoping to see a change, a positive change, really soon!

This post is to intimate you and to those members who are not aware of the fact of PINK thread...that what is blue thread and what is pink thread, and how to convert blue thread into PINK thread., how to make forum healthy and active...

WHAT IS BLUE THREAD?

when a new topic is posted, you can see a blue color envelope on left side of the thread amongst variours discussion threads on forum pages(just before the name of the thread), BLUE THREAD DECREASES FORUM ACTIVITY. It looks like this...

WHAT IS PINK THREAD?

Once a new topic is posted, that topic is ready for comments posting nd view...you can post a your comment on any thread...

Pink thread is symbol of forum activity(you can see it just before the name of the thread), It looks like this.,

HOW TO CONVERT BLUE THREAD INTO PINK THREAD?

the blue color envelope will only turn into pink color envelope once it reaches either minimum 25 comments or 250 Views.

so post either 25 comments or views 250..to turn that blue thread into pink thread.,PINK THREAD INCREASES FORUM ACTIVITIES.

HOW TO MAKE FORUM HEALTHY AND ACTIVE?

after reaching 25 comments Or 250 views the blue envelope will be shown as pink color(you can see just before the name of the thread) And only then that respective new posted topic will contribute its existence on forum activities which is a sign of forum alive.

If you want to make forum active And increasing its activities, you shall make discussions, posting new topics like episode discussion threads, character discussion thread, particular choice thread, what should have happened thread, what should have not happened thread, fun posts threads, games threads, competion threads, ragna edit competetion among photo editor members, winner thread, celebration thread, whats going wrong in the story threads...And many more threads but only after KEEPING IN MIND THAT THE RESPECTIVE BLUE NEW THREAD SHALL HAVE TO TURN INTO PINK THREAD AFTER POSTING MINIMUM 25 COMMENTS Or 250+VIEWS.

And not to forget press LIKE button on the topic and comments.

Note: Posting new topic only does not mean forum is active...If the thread is still BLUE that means it was decreasing forum activity and also it does not make forum active.

A Thread becomes pink only after either 25 comments or 250 view (minimum).

How to comment on the article/video/profile of EDKV forum?

Guys this is a sincere request on behalf of the forum. All of us are striving hard to increase our forum ranking and ranks of NIMIK. we have got loads of comments on the latest article. But in almost fifty percent of the comments, either the name of the show or names of NIMIK are not according to the IF rules. In that case, it will not contribute to the ranking. It may be a typo on your part. A small typing error will make your comment useless. So I request you all to please cross check your comments and edit them according to IF rules.

Anybody who is not aware of the IF rules, I'm posting them here:

1. Always mention Namik, Nikita and name of the show in your comments

2. Namik's name should be typed as - Namik Paul - N,P Uppercase[capitals] and one space between Namik and Paul

3. Nikita's name should be typed as - Nikita Dutta - N,D Uppercase letters [capitals] and one space between Nikita and Dutta

4. Show's name should be typed as - Ek Duje Ke Vaaste - E,D,K,V capitals and one space between Ek, Duje, Ke and Vaaste each

Suggestions for Increasing the Forum Activity

1. Create a Prediction of the week thread for that particular week.

2. Make a member of the week post where others will ask the member some fun questions.

3. Hold VM & Siggie Contests

4. All the members can contribute to make a newspaper week (or month) regarding what happened in the show.

5. Make a thread for poems where members can write poems about the show.\\

Comment on their profiles/ any new article on them, join the fan clubs, view the pictures and more. This can be done by each member at least Twice a day.

6. Try not to Quote others comments instead reply individual comment without Quoting

7. Hit likes on others comments in every post ( like if any member makes a thread/post ,, then hit the like button on the main post i.e, first post , also hit the like button on every comment posted by other members on the thread as well for example...you have seen the LIKES on other members commnent on the article we got last week...)even on articles, this increases Ranking.

8. comment thrice AFTER a gap of EVERY 1 hour in between on any any article or video or photo posted by IF

9. Hit the chaska meter everytime u visit forum n try to log in n log off on every Visit

10. Upload Pictures on Namik and Nikta profile, it increases their ranking also comment thrice.
