The kidnapping of his nephew and a bad marriage disillusions him and make him cynical. He enters KKN as a guy who has lost focus on his ideology and has become this full of himself, egoist.

In a corporate world no one is indispensable and he is no exception and he knows it.
There is bitching, back biting, flirting, manipulation and much more not nice things. 



He though is a good leader and gets work done with simple, firm commands. 
He knows his team's strengths and weaknesses and assigns them slots and programmes that brings out their best.



A very cool and calm n utterly sexy commander in chief, even in a crisis 😃

A hands-on editor in chief who goes incognito to get what he wants, first-hand.  



Breaking news, the sting operations, the discussions in the meeting room, the split minute decision, the race against time, the urgency, all gave a glimpse of what happens before a news or story is aired.


Ananya, young reporter and fan following his career for 8 years enters KKN at the same time he does. 



Up close she sees his warts, and realizes her kabir sir is not as she expected. His working style does not please her and she questions his work ethics. They have ideology clashes. She gives him his sach ka saamna moments. 




An arrogant, ruthless, egoistic, passionate man who knows what he wants is bowled over by a young spunky, determined, independent young girl with certain set morals and values. He challenges her, pushes her to her limits, goads her, teases her, reads her abilities right, encourages her, indulges her, 



asks her to 'prove it'. 


Ananya to call off her engagement with Kabir

All that close contact, anger, misunderstandings, of course, very soon becomes love.

They face all the challenges thrown at them, fight evil forces and come out victorious.

The truth he hides from her about her father pulls them apart, but then love triumphs and they come together to do what they love doing...reporting 😊.




Enjoyed the thrills, the spills, the comedy and of course him. 


He was extremely stylish, beautiful 
and once again showed us why he is the best in the business.



A small compare and contrast between Kabir Sharma and the favourite of all here, Capt. Rajveer Singh Shekhawat



Capt. Rajveer Singh Shekawat was a real hero. He motivated his cadets, boosted their morale when they were down, gave them hope and was a source of inspiration.


Kabir also taught, brought out the best in his team, believed in their abilities 


and we had the Jaane se pehles. We heard life's truths.



Kabir and Ananya's romance was good. But can any romantic scene match this...


a one of a kind scene in the history of Indian TV. 



Rajveer entered the academy to clear his friend's name.



Kabir fought those responsible for the death of 50 children and ananya's father and cleared his name


Reporters work under stress to meet deadlines, undertake risks to get the news to their viewers at the earliest. And of course there is always the immense pressure to top the TRPs and be number 1.

Kabir was all hype, exaggeration, a showman. Loved blowing his trumpet and believed in Jo dikhta hai woh bikhta hai.



For a soldier it is all about patience, perseverance, extreme physical and mental fitness, discipline and dedication not for personal glory and triumph but that of the country and its people. 
Rajveer underplayed, and did his job without any fanfare or noise. All action and substance. 



Silently thwart attacks, incursions. Most of which we do not hear about. GUARD the nation and us.

Like Rajveer, Kabir and his team also serve the nation. Serve news to the nation, even risking their lives, at times.

And behind all the craze for TRPs there is a desire to tell the nation the ills that plague the society and find solutions 👍🏼.

It is such a thrilling movie and keeps you on the edge throughout!!!!👏 👏 👏 👏 👏

Shahrukh Khan plays superstar Aryan Khanna and his obsessed lookalike fan Gaurav Chandna!!!!

The film opens with glimpses of shots from Shahrukh's memorable movies, interviews and gives an insight into how he became a superstar!!!!   The perfect start to the movie!!!!👏 👏 👏 👏

Gaurav hails from Delhi's middle class Indra Vihar neighbourhood and worships his idol Aryan Khanna!!!!

His walls are covered with Aryan's pictures, he mouths his dialogues, watches his movies and won't hear a word against him!!!!😛 😛 😛 😊 😊 😊

SRK is truly incredible as Gaurav!!!!👏 👏 👏 👏One can totally identify with the things he does because whether it be collecting pictures or mouthing dialogues, all of us have done these things at some point or the other!!!!❤️ ❤️ ❤️

On the other hand, Aryan was also once a middle class Delhi boy whose rise to stardom is the stuff of dreams!!!!The clips where Aryan appears in the balcony to wave out to his fans are real-life footage of SRK's interactions with his fans!!!!

He has a wife and two kids, a boy and a girl and is clearly modeled after SRK himself!!!!😉 😉 😉 😉

Gaurav walks away with the best performer trophy every year in the colony's local talent contest mimicking Aryan and trouble arises when he goes to Mumbai to meet his idol!!!!

Unable to get to Aryan, Gaurav instead meets and beats up Sid Kapoor (Taher Shabbir Mithaiwala), Aryan's rival!!!!You guys have seen him as one of the leads in the Star Plus show Nisha aur Uske Cousins!!!!😛

Aryan isn't delighted and gets Gaurav thrashed up, asking coldly, "Main tumhe paanch second bhi kyun doon?"😡

Devasted Gaurav promises that one day Aryan will chase Gaurav!!!!  

Until now Gaurav's uncanny likeness to Aryan did not invite any gasps of surprise from those who run into him!!!!But suddenly everyone is taken in by his visage and believes him to be Aryan which he uses to repeatedly ruin Aryan's image!!!!

Shahrukh aces both roles with ease!!!!😊 😊 😊 😊 👏 👏 👏 👏While Gaurav ranges from innocent and impractical to psychotic and freaky, reminding us of SRK's anti-hero roles, Aryan as the aging superstar is the more trickier role as basically it is a version of himself!!!!

It is Shahrukh vs Shahrukh and you are left feeling for both!!!!SRK unafraidly visits some pretty dark places and it is a refreshing change!!!!😊 😊 😊

Gaurav leaves you feeling scared as the relentless stalker and I felt for Aryan when his world comes crashing down!!!!   

The story is cutting edge and sharp and keeping it songless works in its favour!!!!👍🏼 👍🏼 👍🏼 👍🏼

The thrilling chase sequences will have you on the edge of the seat!!!!I loved locales of Dubrovnik!!!😊It is also the shooting location for King's Landing in the blockbuster series "Game Of Thrones"!!!

Of course the movie isn't without its problems!!!There are moments which defy logic and requires complete suspension of disbelief!!!!Like how does Gaurav suddenly have the resources to get fake ids, Aryan's phone number, and land up at the wedding Aryan is performing at!!!!😕 😕 😕 😕

Also why does a Bollywood star with so many men and women at his beck and call go running after his tormentor all by himself??

The ending isn't totally unpredictable!!!!

Nonetheless, Habib Faisal's screenplay is intelligent and Maneesh Sharma's direction is original enough!!!!👏 👏 👏

But it is Shahrukh's committed performance which keeps you invested in the narrative and the characters!!!!😊 😊 😊 😊 😳 😳 😳 😳 😳

Waluscha de Sousa is lovely as Aryan's wife and I loved the couple of scenes Aryan has with her!!!!😊 😊 😊 😊 ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Shriya Pilgaonkar is nice as Gaurav's crush "Miss BPO" Neha and Sayani Gupta as Aryan's PA makes a mark despite limited scope!!!!

Of course like many recent SRK movies, there is no dearth of self-deprecatory humour here!!!😛 😛 😛 😊 😊 😊 😊Aryan dancing at high profile weddings, his starry attitude does leave you chuckling!!!!😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

In all, Fan will give you a reason to become Shahrukh's fan all over again!!!!❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

A must watch this summer!!!😊 😊 😊 😊
