^^^ The ocean in tea cup text is in gradient overlay. Setting i think is -90,linear, reflective,90 linear for three frames. The design around SwaSan is a PNG pic search for it. The first tag moving people in green is a gif, the blue and red thing is again a PNG. 

Abhisekking is a regular here, help us poor souls please😆

Step 1
make your edit...color it,sharpen it .
Then merge all layers, so it will be only one layer on
your Layer palette.

Step 2
Duplicate the picture. Click on the "FX " -add a layer
style- button at the bottom of the Layer palette
and pick "Blending Option" from the list

Step 3:
A new window will pop up, go to the "Advanced
Blending" , you'll find that all the three channels
are being picked. You just click on R , so it's no
longer picked. Then Click OK

Step 4:
Now you have the two layers. Move The topped layer
a little to the right side, you will start to see the
3D effect.


And Its called 3D Effect Edit

Exams going. 😆

Aap 'Sahi Pakde Hain'. 🤣 Except the green people is also a PNG. And in case, you people don't find PNG of all vectors (which I also don't get 😆) Use Magic Eraser on white parts.

@Ocean In A Teacup :

Search for Paisley Decoration Vectors. You'll get plenty. (It's what is at Swasan's back). Fill it with gradient overlay. Animate it three times by setting styles to linear,respective and linear reversed respectively.

Same goes for that label vector - I don't know what it's called.😆

Again, do the same for the text. 

Drag any pic and use layer mask to show the parts you want to be visible. 

Animate all three frames and you're done.

@Introduction :

Search for Circular vectors. I took that green one and duplicated it three times. Then Ctrl+T and rotate the other two layers of that circular vector. 

Umm...that pink-purple-ish vector si again same sort of label vector or whatever it's called. Duplicate it three times. Go to Filter > Noise. Set different parameters for all three layers.

Make a rectangle. Fill it with pink. Ctrl+T. Go to Filter>Noise.

Duplicate the above rectangle. Fill it with gray. Adjust it at its back.

Write the text and animate it by Gradient Overlay.

Animate everything above.

Done!
