Sometimes I look back at the path the some of us women have to take to break stereotypes at work and then see the younger girls fritter away what's handed to them? Should we crib at what the younger ones have or know that things change very soon and as siblings not compare and push your life the way you want to.

Hey guys, good morning and welcome to Monday. needless to say its dark and gray outside and  the only redemption i can hope for is an update! a warm, sweet, full of RB and II and Nivi... have spent a zillion hours thinking how would it be when II goes into labour. will RB freak out,  will II be dramatic,   will he fleetingly think what would happen if the birth didnt go right? what would his reaction be when he sees NIvi for the first time, how would ranjan feel? OMG thinking about both Ranjan and Rb makes my heart go dhak dhak...
