Nisha i am not saying run away it is tough...but one can really ignore such folks.

I am dark complexioned and i have heard how my paati thought there had been a baby swap as i was the first of her grandkids born in a govt hospital. later she herself would relate it with a hug...
Every time my husband's Athais would visit it would be rubbed in ...i learnt to walk away with a smile as i had heard from my MIL that my husband the day of the ponnu pathufying had responded to his Athai that he had found me gorgeous and thats what mattered. I learnt from him your response is your choice.
People say things to hurt you by getting hurt you give them the control to manipulate you.
I am a iyer warrior...like to hold on to the remote that controls me...i can smile and walk away...i can now say i am adept at it...

Whenever I read about their naughtiness...my thoughts will be ...omg how do II and dude handle them...I would have literally pulled out my hairs...my son was so naughty until now...but nowadays he has mellowed down...but he and his sister do fight...atleast once a day ...they will use hands, legs...hair generously. ...kicking punching pulling...I just sit and enjoy the show until one of them start crying...then it will be my turn😆

Your kids are just like me n my bro... We also used hair, leg n hands.. He used to twist my hands n legs..  Mom was worried so much that one day he will break my hands or legs...  I think we stopped fighting after I moved to hostel for engineering...

Me and my brother...but he never used to pull my hairs...until I joined for engg course...we too used to fight😆
