Ram fumes in anger as Niharika informs Ram and Priya that Natasha is msising from the hospital and also blames Karthik for kidnapping Natasha later, infuriated Ram leaves Kapoor house to teach a good lesson to Karthik and thus he slaps Karthik for kidnapping her sister Natasha and also threatens him that he will destroy his life, there Natasha reveals Niharika that she has revealed the truth to Priya, there in Sharma house, Sudhir gets a severe pain in his chest as he couldn't bear Ram and Karthik's fight.
