Star Plus finally launched its mega sci-fi series Antariksh which promises to be the biggest treat for kids. The launch party for this weekly primetime show was held on 28th Sept at a suburban lounge Squeeze, which was attended by its lead cast and the channel heads
Deepak Segal, Executive Vice President, Content, Star India was in an optimistic mood and said 'Aimed at younger viewers, Antariksh, is a story full of new-age imagination that will see the use of hi-fi gadgets, which is sure to create a cult amongst them.'
Meet the protagonist, Prince Amar (played by Ganesh Venkatraman), who depicts the good side of humanity. He is endowed with extraordinary mental and physical capabilities and is unfazed with any challenge!
And here's the evil Rankaal (played by Sachin Tyagi). Amongst all he's the mutant, who can assume any shape and can transform himself to look handsome or ugly to any observer. He has launced an attack on the universe!
He's The Trishakti (played by Arun Govil). He's the supreme council which embodies the pinnacle of intelligence at Aakashganga. His superior powers permit them to take an indulgent view of the universe and its inhabitants. (Arun however played spoilsport and didn't turn up in his onscreen avatar)
