Guess Who?
This is a funny tale of a corporate house. It is that time of the year, September-October, when employees at this corporate house send out their resumes so that they can better negotiate a raise. This has been happening at this corporate house every year, and this year was no different.
Besides, we're told, several in senior positions have decided to move on for reasons everyone in the industry is aware of! Well, both developments (employees sending out their resumes and seniors leaving the company) are not surprising.
But what is shocking is that juniors in this corporate house are being promoted even though they are not competent enough for the posts they are currently assigned for.
Such is the corporate system of this corporate house, dear industrywallahs!!!
