Ok. Raw mango chunks of 1 medium sized. Not too raw. Yellow tinge on the inside .
Boil it with a pinch of turmeric and salt.
Make the jaggery syrup. Add it to the mango. If the mango is too sweet , then I like to add a little tamarind. And when it's boiling add some rice flour to thicken it and temper it with red chillies , mustard , curry leaf and hing.
