I have to shed some 15 kilos to go climbing again. My Hubs is teasing me.. He thinks I will 50 before I lose weight. I run for an hour watch my diet and even do yoga. But missing one very important ingredient restful sleep. Really sleepless I wish I could change real life too.. Although I have started working easy hours and have slowed down on travel.
