So having read about the Memon family,I understand where this is coming from. But I dont think Salman is in a state to make controversial statements like these considering he himself is stuck in the cobweb.

Didnt expect Salman to speak up on a contentious issue like this. But I agree with him..many people have corroborated that Yakub Menon had helped the Indian intelligence agencies...he co-operated with them in good faith and helped nailed Pakistan's involvement in the Mumbai blasts. But he is being punished because they couldnt find the bigger culprits. Dawood was scared of the same happening to him...hence never returned to India.

So he wasn't involved in the attacks ? If that's the case, sorta sucks to be in his shoes when he went outta his way to help ?

Salman is not in position to question judicial system.

Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from criticism. If you are a public figure, people can and will criticize you for every stupid thing you say. I feel as though Salman has connection with the underworld. He is trying to divert the attention to someone they haven't caught and is safe so the one who is in immediate danger can get leeway.
