But I thought maybe he would be a little happy about the idea of MehBeer being together again, just like everyone else is, if he is a positive character

I think he is still in love with meher and does not want Mehber to be together thus he was so uncomfortable today.

No I don't think he likes her and I think in today's episode he was genuinely concerned for her as a friend. And Suyyash confirmed in one of the press conferences near the start of the show that Nisar stays like a friend all the time :)

woow in case he has confirmed it i guess we shudnt worry..but also nisaar plays an imp role in teh show...so considering that abeer might start being too possessive abt meher coz of nisaar😛😆 i dono may be m just overthinking..#MehBeer love u see😆

First of all, welcome to the forum! 🤗

I don't think Nissar likes Meher, but he genuinely respects her and the friendship they share. As a friend, I wouldn't want my friend to be hurt or embarrassed, so I don't think it's necessarily out of place for Nissar to be concerned about Abeer's intentions regarding Meher.

I really like the friendship they share, I hope it stays like this throughout the show.
