Actor Sai Ballal arrested on charges of molestation
Few days back reports of noted actor Sai Ballal of Udann fame being accused of sexual harassment created buzz in the media.
Now, in the morning, media reported about Sai being arrested by the Borivali police for harassing his 58 year old co star.
She has accused Sai of sending her lewd messages, including po*nographic clips.
Ballal, as per the complaint, sent vulgar messages via Whatsapp and also made sexual advances towards her.
When things did not stop even after notifying the production people, she finally knocked on the doors of the cops.
A source shared with us, "Yesterday night few cops in civil dress stormed into the set and they had few words with Ballal and production members and later on Ballal was arrested. Due to the sudden mayhem the shoot was called off for the day."
Ballal has been booked under Section 354-A (sexual harassment) and 354-B (assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to disrobe her) of the IPC and section 67-A of the IT Act.
