This blood analysis Qtn is eating me up for the last few days.
One of my distant relative passed away 4 days bk. She was 69. She got admitted and operated for heart valve replacement. A big surgery by any standards. She spent weeks at a stretch in hospital recovering. After couple of months gets bk home. All tests were done . Three months after surgery complains of unbearable shoulder pain. Turns out its thyroid cancer , spread to the bones and in three months , passed away. The lady 's daughter who is a doc in alternative medicine tells me, "I don't know how all those tests and analysis did not show up anything".
I was just thinking, with Nivi , it's cruel, in two wks time , before any one around her could even make sense of what was happening, she is gone ... Poof ... Just like that. It's beyond cruel and you really begin to question if there's justice. Did Nivi not spend a few days too and they should hv run tests on her. I mean...
I am questioning then, are we really deluding ourself with the annual medical check ups?. Don't know ...
I am also thinking, If young ones do not exactly follow the good books and get to live longer, and if that's the answer to life not being snatched away like this , then I would want them not to live exactly by the books.No parent ought to go thru this . It's unimaginable
Sorry , I am ranting away, the more I think of it, this is terrible injustice.
Sorry folks, I will try not to make it fresh again but don't know why this hurts so much, she is just a face I imagined in my head reading her poems . She is real now ...
