What role is the title track of Thapki Pyaar Ki playing?

COLORS newly launched show Thapki Pyaar Ki' is not just a story of a girl with big dreams in her eyes and hope in her heart. She has the problem of stammering which makes her face rejection from suitors and many other issues. However, this middle-class young girl (played by Jigyasa Singh) has the confidence enough to surmount all the difficulties in her life and realise her aspirations.

Another interesting aspect of the show is its title track which has been composed by the music composer Tanishk Bagchi, who worked on the album of Tanu Weds Manu'.

The track, featuring two versions- one an upbeat tune and the other a mellow, slower version are perfect ways to mirror the personality and character of Thapki herself. Jigyasa has loved the song so much that it has become a part of her own playlist as well. We also hear that it listening to the song helps her in relating to her character and connect emotionally with it.

Praising the song for helping her understand the nature of Thapki better, Jigyasa says, "It's a challenge sometimes to portray a personality as willful and positive as young Thapki, but the track to me with its melody and lyrics is a great way to connect with the character who is already a positive role model for young girls who face the same problems as I do"

Thapki Pyaar Ki' is all about a girl who can out her heart into achieving what she wants despite all the odds stacked against her. And the title track is the most apt factor supporting the aim of the show.
