This episode begins with Avni and Shekhar on the roof-top. He tells her that the view is nice and asks her how she is. She replies with good. He tells her about himself. He tells her that he likes making something of himself. He tells her that he has a band in which he plays the guitar and does vocals and he also plays tennis. He also goes to the gym. He goes to the club on the weekends. She smiles. He tells her about his education (completed M.B.A.). He does more courses. She replies by telling him that he is very talented. He continues on by saying that he loves nature. She praises him by saying that he is an all-rounder. He then asks about her. He asks her what she does. She tells him that she has done B.S.C. She loves cooking and has done bakery classes. He seems unimpressed and replies with "That's all? Nothing else?" He asks her what she does during the day. She tells him that she wakes up with aarti. She takes care of the kids and prepares lunch. She helps in the kitchen. She spends time with the family. He then asks her that whether in midst of all this, will she spend time with him.
They come downstairs. The lady says that they should ask the guy's opinion first. Mamaji says that they should ask the girl first. Avni smiles. Mamaji says that the girl is ready for it. Shekhar on the other hand says that he can't marry her. Bhushan comes in and says that Avni is a topper in college and she lacks nothing. Shekhar says that Avni is just not his type. He explains that Avni's only interest is in home and she doesn't want to do anything else. Avni runs in her room crying and Shekhar leaves.
Everyone then gets to their normal routine to make Avni feel better. They compliment Avni by saying that she is perfect and Avni denies it as her self-respect is hurt.
Bhushan goes into his room. Shreya is angered. She tells Bhushan that she is angry that he lied about falling and all. Avni overhears and leaves.
Precap: Ajay is with Sanjana on a bike. Sanjana's dad asks her where she was. She says that there were extra classes. He asks her how she came.
