Actor Gaurav Chopraa, who plays an alcoholic mentor in Yash Patnaik's Sadda Haq, has devised a unique plan to prepare for his part.The actor, who does not drink or smoke in real life, stayed awake for two nights to look sozzled for his scenes
He says, "Forget hard drinks, I don't even drink coffee or tea much. But since I wanted to get the physical aspect of the character right, I deprived myself of sleep for the first two days. Now that I have got the hang of it, I am more confident in continuing with this physicality as the role requires me to be under the influence of alcohol throughout, and not just for a few scenes."
