Dr Dhruv Singhania a Mystery

ok so people on FB and Twitter are thinking that this Dr may be working for Mr A and it actuallly got me thinking that maybe there is more than what meets the eye ,i am hoping he is a positive character and he dosent turn out to be evil or sumthing ,however in yesterday episode Anju blurted out Sanyuktas name  and his reaction was 😕 when she told him about FITE and Sanyukta .

The way the story is unfolding, it's clear that both randhir and sanyukta wants to continue with their relationship but some unknown factor is stopping them.  This Dhruv Singhania would serve as that trigger to break the deadlock. Like Varun did for vidarth case.
